YOU MIGHT REMEMBER THE BEAUTIFUL THURSDAY FEATURE WE OFFERED YOU NOT TOO LONG AGO, FEATURING DYLAN ROSSER’S ZACH BURNS. WE SHOWED YOU ZACH AS AN ATHLETE AND AS A MODEL. TODAY WE SHOW YOU A VERY DIFFERENT SIDE OF ZACH. TODAY WE SHOW YOU JAMES CHARLTON.
James Charlton loves sports. And looking at these photos here, apparently sports loves James Charlton as well. Together they seem to match pretty good. James is 23 years old and resides in London. Being the serious athlete he is, he has represented his country many times at junior level and hope to make it to the Olympics one day. Until then he thought it could be a good idea to combine his sports ambition with a modeling career, which of course makes everybody happy. With his length of 5' 10", his weight of 180lbs, his short cropped blond hair and his amazing blue eyes, he is an absolute winner. And that is exactly what he was in the Maximuscle competition, which got him a nice feature in their current spring/summer catalog.
Now reading this article you probably wonder if we lost our senses. What has Zach Burns to do with James Charlton. Well, first of all, they are good friends. Second, as you might have read in his Beautiful Thursday feature, Zach aspires to one day crawl behind the camera instead of posing in front, and gave it a careful try with James. Et voila, the result is here. Now if this is a careful try, we can’t wait to see more of Zach’s work… And of James Charlton of course. –B-

A few of these come from the members only sections, but for the real members only work, well, you just need to become a member. But trust us, it is worth it. –B-
Jason Statham
The movie, inspired by the video game "Dungeon Siege," follows Statham as a farmer who sets out to rescue his kidnapped wife and avenge the death of his son -- two acts committed by the Krugs, a race of animal-warriors who are controlled by the evil Gallian. "In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale" also stars Leelee Sobieski, Ray Liotta and Burt Reynolds.

Dylan Rosser Casting Call
IF YOU LIVE IN CAPE TOWN, OR IF YOU ARE VISITING DURING THE NEXT FEW WEEKS, AND YOU EVER DREAMED ABOUT APPEARING IN FRONT OF DYLAN ROSSER’S LENS, THIS MIGHT BE THE CHANCE YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR.
Dylan Rosser is 35 years old and original from South Africa. He started his career as a junior graphic designer and worked his way up to art director, before moving to London 9 years ago. It was this move that brought about his change in direction, although his graphic design background still shows through in his work today. Still working as a magazine designer, Dylan started photography in his spare time, to ventilate his creativity. He choose male nudes because he admires the sculptural beauty male form. Besides that, it was also a great way to meet guys after he first moved to London.
Dylan works initially for himself, but has been published in several international magazines - like Blue Magazine, Gay Times, AKUT, Horizon, Du&Ich – and of course several times here on Beautiful Mag. Normally he works from home, but he is always happy to shoot whenever he travels abroad. And that brings us to the main purpose of this special article.
Dylan Rosser will return to South Africa. From December 20th till January 08th 2008, Dylan will reside in Cape Town’s Green Point/Sea Point area. For this period he is looking for well defined/muscled guys, tanned and with smooth skin, and who are comfortable with nudity. If you believe you fit that profile you have a chance to pose for Dylan Rosser’s camera, and become one of the sexy and sensual models that you can find on Dylan’s triple on line portfolio.
If you think you’ve got what it takes to follow in the footsteps of models like Blito, Christian, Jacob, Max, Rob, Scott, Vince, and all those other you can find on Dylan Rosser’s The Male Form, X-posed and Man Candy, you can send an email to either beautifulparis@hotmail.fr or model@dylanrosser.com under mention of Dylan Rosser Casting Call. –B-
Every Day Jason T.Jaskot
IN THE EARLY 17TH CENTURY THE UNITED NEW NETHERLAND COMPANY WAS CREATED TO MANAGE A NEW TERRITORY DISCOVERED BY HENRY HUDSON, AN ENGLISHMAN WHO WAS SAILING FOR THE DUTCH EAST INDIA COMPANY. THE TERRITORY CLAIMED WAS LOCATED ON THE WEST BANK OF THE NORTH RIVER, AND WAS NAMED NEW NETHERLAND, LOOKING OUT ON THE ISLAND NEW AMSTERDAM.
Many things have changed over the past centuries. The North River is now known as the Hudson River, New Amsterdam became New York, and the settlement New Netherland now carries the name New Jersey. But there are still a lot of reminders to this Dutch presence, that had such an influence on American history. Harlem was named after a major Dutch city. And so was Flushing and Brooklyn. The name Wall Street refers to the wall the Dutch build as protection against invasions. Kinderhook, Coney Island, Long Island and Staten Island. They all find their roots in Dutch language. And then there are of course the names that lead back to the original settlers, like The Bronx, Cape Cornelius, Cape Henlopen and Cape may. The origin of the name Hoboken, new Jersey, is not quite sure, but one of the theories indicates Hoboken belongs to this last category, carrying the name of the Van Hoboken family who originated from Rotterdam.
Jason T.Jaskot first started photography while being in high school. It was in this time that he developed a passion in doing his own black and white prints. A lot has changed here as well over the years, and now Jason has his own studio in Hoboken, New Jersey, just minutes outside of Manhattan. Jason's first published work appeared in the New York Times and was submitted by a local band the paper was featuring. Since then his work has been published in many national and international papers and magazines, billboards and product packaging. Having started as a concert photographer, Jason expended his talent and is now also known for his beautiful shots of athletic men and boxers.
Based in Hoboken's Monroe Art Center, Jason T.Jaskot is now available for all types of photography, including fitness, body and commercial modeling. In 2007 he launched his exciting new website, and lately he created a new exciting element to his interactive portfolio. If you are living in the USA - and likely also outside - you can text the word Jjaskot to the number 32852 and download Jason's great photography directly onto your cellphone. There is no reason why you should go one day without Jason T.Jaskot. -B-

GUS's Good Fortune
"HAPPINESS CONSIST MORE IN THE SMALL CONVENIENCES OF PLEASURES THAT OCCURS EVERY DAY, THAN IN GREAT PIECES OF GOOD FORTUNE THAT HAPPEN BUT SELDOM TO A MAN IN THE COURSE OF HIS LIFE" – Benjamin Franklin.
Without really knowing why, we all wish we were born with the best of luck on our side. GUS Magazine opens this month with the philosophical question whether it would be nice to know that what ever you do and what ever happens, you know it will be in your best interest, or if life should leave things open for fate and coincidents. Turning the pages, GUS doesn’t leave anything to coincidents if it comes to quality and beauty.
This month, Belgium’s and Benelux’ number 1 high class gay magazine GUS brings a variety of interesting and beautiful essays. It already starts with the discovery of cover boy Govan, a 23 years old college professor and the answer if it comes to guaranteeing no one will ever again miss class. Soon after that the magazine brings us the talented Antony Gayton and Joseph Sinclair. For fashion GUS turns its attention to designer Jeremy Scott for an interview and photographer Bell Soto for an essay. And if that isn’t enough we find articles on Buenos Aires, Thom Browne, Daft Punk, Miss Kiitin and k.d.Lang. In other words, the 39th edition of GUS magazine, and the launch of their new website, is definitely good fortune. -B-
